Japanese Steak House calories?

We're going to a Japanese Steak House for my sisters birthday night.

I plan on getting the steak (it looks like its about 6-8oz.)
Fried rice
Veggies
and noodles.

It a HUGE portion so I'm going to only to eat half but I have NO clue on calorie count. Any suggestions? I'm not good at eye balling measurements on rice and noodles.

Do they have a website? Sometimes their website will offer nutritional information. If not I would just ask them when you get there. They have to release that info to you, it's the law.

maybe caloriekng.com, I think that's the site that you can pick a restaurant and it has calories counts for them. Or just type in Japanses and find what you'll be eating. Hope that helps!

Well if it is similar to Benihana's (hibachi) it is in the food data base on MFP!! I am a frequent user of that one!!!
