Only 10 of these pounds have been since I started MFP- But I wanted to post and show you my total progress thus far!! Long way to go...but i'll get there!!:happy: Especially since I have so much support with this site!! You guys rock!

    Awww thanks, I actually hear that a lot- I think it's because i'm pretty tall ( 5'9)

    Thank you :heart: I actually was just VERY DEPRESSED with how I looked. I woke up one day- looked in the mirror and KNEW a change was long overdue. So I started eating healthier- Lots of veggies and meat, was doing ZUMBA pretty much everyday and sometimes would dabble in other kinds of excercises. It really is just all about that fire igniting within you- once you accept who you are and that things NEED to change- the victory will be yours!! Just be patient, and realize that everyone is different and your results are what YOU make them! Best of luck!
