My constant obsession with the scale drives my wife nuts. I've slaved myself to the scale for over a year, and it's time to break the habit. So count me in!0

I want to do this! Pregnant though and they weigh me at the Dr's every two weeks (I could not peek?). Maybe next time ya'll do a month scale-free??!0

Count me in... I kind of hate the scale. Last time I weighed myself was on Monday and I was 164. I like to focus on how I'm feeling which has been fantastic since I started MFP!0

Me too. Tend to find that I'm weighing myself at various points during the day and second guessing. I then think - I've not lost anything this week and do what I've done in the last few days and binge over a thousand extra calories! That's it now. Bet Michael Schumacher doesn't do that!0

I was weighing myself about 15 times a day!! It was getting crazy!
I put the scale in the trunk of my boyfriends car this morning.
So I told him not to give it to me till August 19th.

It's been hard but I can feel my love handles are smaller when I put my hand on them, so it makes me wonder!!0

I almost stepped on the scale this morning in my "morning fog"....but I didn't do it!
