Let me jump in here. You aren't eating enough if your only eating less than 1200 calories. At that you should also be eating back your exercise calories. You body thinks its starving and won't let you lose weight. Just my certainly not an expert thoughts.0 -

Just to answer a few of your questions:
1. To the poster that does not eat 1200 calories. Eat more! I was eating around 1500 and 1800 on days when I worked out!
2. To the poster that said "how did you do it?" Count your calories and log EVERYTHING.
3. To the poster that asked what I'm doing for exercise... I am always changing it up... jogging, step aerobics, biking and weight training are my new regulars... 2-3 times/week.
Thanks again for all your encouraging words! Sometimes I don't even believe it myself!0
