When you get to the end of the day and you a couple of hundred cals short, what do you eat??

Seeds, nuts, chocolate... If I'm hungry I'll have a cereal or a piece of toast. If I'm not very hungry, I might have some milk. (I also check my macros, and if I'm short of protein, I might have some Greek yogurt.)0
