As a mom, I've earned them, as an over-eater, I'm ashamed of them....that's the Gemini in me0
-
Thats an awseome way to look at it0
-
I love my stretch marks, they are part of my little man. I earned them and wear them proud!0
-
I didn't get one stretch mark from my pregnancy, but I have a ton of them (white ones) on my hips from where I gained weight in my youth. And I have wretched spider veins on the sides of my thighs from the same thing. I've been thinking about having those removed, but it's pure vanity. If it were from pregnancy, I might feel more noble and righteous about it. Sigh...0

NO!!0
-
Not much you can do about 'em, so try not to worry too much.0
-
Who cares..I don't. Ive given birth to 3 kids..now all teenagers. The last one was over 11 pound at birth...Ive earned my stripes.0

i feel the exact same way!0 -
I got em. Nothing I can do about them. They're mine, they're my ups and downs. No children have created them, but they will be the ones to add to them.0
-
Nope. I've come to terms with mine. It reminds me where I shouldn't go ever again!0
-
I think they are from losing weight so why not be proud of them? I've never had kids and try not to get down about that. Sick of people thinkng I'm a parent when I haven't earned that title.0

My answer ... EXACTLY0 -
I know I shouldn't care but I do. Don't know that I'll ever wear a bikini again.0
-
As a guy, i really dont give a crap if women have them....besides if i did then i would be a hypocrite considering my back is covered in them from when i hit puberty...i grew more than 2 feet in one year0
-
No kids here. Just from gaining and losing and gaining and losing. I've had stretch marks since I was young, i've had them on my hips since I can remember. They suck. But I've tried Mederma and Cocoa butter and all of that. I guess I don't mind them now. I'm used to them.0
-
I have them. Don't have kids but they are from gaining weight when I was younger. Sick of people asking me "Why do you have stretch marks? You don't have kids." A misconception that everyone thinks you only get stretch marks from kids. Once I reach my goal size I don't care what anyone thinks I'll wear a bikini and flaunt my stretch marks! They are my "struggle scars" that I will have overcome. They are a part of me and won't be going anywhere.0
-
I earned mine through my weight gain, not from pregnancy. So I'm a little pissed about them, but I just add them to the list of scars I have earned over the years. Oh the stories I can tell!0
-
I hate mine, cuz they're all from weight gain But there is nothing u can do ab them. They the thin white ones, but my tummy and sides are covered. I have them other places too.0
-
I got mine from having a kid. And the man I'm with couldn't care less about them. He thinks I'm beautiful.0
-
I grew so quickly when I hit puberty (extremely early as well -- the week of my 9th birthday).. that I had stretch marks on my hips, shoulders, ankles, around my waist and back by the time I was in junior high school. The ones on my stomach from gaining so much weight and being pregnant with twins just makes a whole matching set0
-
As a mother of 4 I've so earned them and wouldn't change that for anything (Except maybe an ice cream ).0

Like A Tiger Wear Your Stripes With Pride!!!0
-
I have them both from growing boobs over night. The one on my tummy a thighs,as well as butt, come from my 1st child. The second didnt give me any more. But I am still working on loosing the weight I gained with her,all of 25 lbs.
I say dont worry about what you cant change.0 -
I got lucky the first pregnancy, after the second it was bad, but they fade, and when that happens it doesn't matter so much anymore, I just know i will not be ashamed after i loose the weight to bare it all0
-
I can't help but be completely honest...as vain as it may be....
I HATE MINE! They are on my stomach below my belly button! GROSS!0 -
I hate my stretch marks, i hate when people say it a sign of impowerment or that they are tiger stripes wear them with pride!!!! If we were intended to have stripes then we would have been a tiger. I try to cover mine up as much as possible. There is nothing more gross than seing a hot female in a sexy 2 piece with stretch mark, it just doesn't look right. Let alone a guy with a great body and stretch marks on his chest and arms ewwww.....
Ya'll know yall were thinking it. Just my opnion. I am ready for my lashing LOL.0 -
Men don't care about things like stretch marks on women, and if you come across a guy who does... you might not be dealing with a real man.
But i have to admit i find my own to be a little discouraging. I've had them for as long as i can remember. When i was younger i had terrible Ashma and went on a medication that basically made me double in weight. So i've got them on my sides and arms. I keep wanting to try the coacoa butter thing but i figure it wouldn't do a lick of difference so i just stop caring.0 -
I don't give a crap anymore. I guarantee I have stretch marks on every single body part. Oh well. I was more than 300lbs. I've lost weight and I look pretty damn good in my opinion (Yes I still have weight to lose, but I still think I look great when compared to where I have been).0

^^ I will never wear a 2 piece no matter how "proud" I am of my accomplishments. Nobody wants to see the junk I keep under my clothes. HAHA!0 -
