    Going to try this. I love that salsa from costco.
    I will try it with fat free cream cheese and skip the rice for me. I cant wait!

    Thanks for sharing, going to try it. What about using plain Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese? I think it was the rice though that killed the cals, it would be good rolled up in corn tortillas too or over corn chips.

    I like your variations! Yum! I do something very similar in the crock pot. chicken breast, salsa and taco seasoning. makes a great shredded taco chicken.

    A friend from high school posted this on facebook.. I immediately joined myfitnesspal!! I don't eat chicken but I know my husband will love it.. I texted him the recipe & he got excited.. I just showed him the pics & he can't wait til dinner tomorrow!! Thank you so much for sharing a recipe that is sure to become a family favorite!!! :D
