What are those healthy foods that you always try to keep in your house? I'm looking for inspiration before I go grocery shopping

I like fruit. All kinds
If you get green grapes and put 'em in the freezer, they are a nice frozen snack.
Also, if you can get sugar snap peas, fresh, they're pretty good, too.

non-fat greek yogurt, hummus and cucumbers, baby carrots... things like that i guess. in the fridge i have some single serve salmon fillets instead of tv dinners, i try to keep a lemon and a lime around for putting in water. I have a pack of all bran bars around if i'm feeling like snacking they're satisfying because of how much fiber is in them. Figure out what works for you tho0

My favorite healthy go-to food is greek yogurt. It has over double the protein of regular yogurt, and the fruity ones still have less than half the sugar. Can't go wrong with the Dannon Oikos flavors. For plain (which tastes like sour cream), I buy Fage at Costco.0

I keep roasted almonds (so they don't go rancid as fast) and protein bars in my purse so that I don't get hangry (hungry/angry) if I'm out and can't eat. Some times I will pack cheese, or home made Lara Bars! yum yum yum.0

I keep some spiced ground beef around and if I'm in a hurry, I pop up a kebab or 2 in the oven while I take a shower. By the time I'm ready, so are the kebabs. Put some summac on top of it, mix with some onions, tomatos, cilantro and lime juice and wrap it in a pita bread and viola!
Also, keep some chicken tikka ready in the fridge marinated, do the same as spiced beef

Kraft 2% string cheese. It's the only one I've found that really strings nicely when I nibble off and edge and pull it down with my teeth. The other brands just seem sort of rubbery. Also hummus, sugar snap peas, baby carrots, albacore tuna in the tiny cans that come three to a pack, almonds, beef jerky, sugar-free jello, Dreyer's frozen fruit bars, boiled eggs. . . of course, lots of different kinds of fruit.0

Fruit and veggies. I make sure there is at least a days worth of veggies of veggies washed and cut for snacks, plus a lot of other veggies for the week.
Greek yogurt and spices and seasonings for th eyogurt for dips
Roasted seaweed packs. Only thirty cals a pack, and they are salty and crispy like chps
Chick peas and kidney beans. Roast them up in batches for snacks
Skim milk frozen in ice cubes so I can make an ce coffee anytime
