fitness routine

hey, i'm trying to lose 15lb pretty much as soon as possible, i want to share my fitness regime and hear peoples comments/tips/suggestions on how i can improve it.
i go for a brisk walk for 50 mins pretty much every day,
i use 3kg weights for arms & legs one day and abs & thighs on the alternate day,
i use an excersize bike for 35 mins a day - 2 sessions of roughly 20mins each.

Sounds good. You are losing so keep it up. If you stall, then time to change it up.
Have you considered "couch to 5k" it is a 9 week program (only 20 minutes, 3x weekly) with walking/jogging intervals that takes you from walking to jogging. It is awesome. Something to keep in mind for down the road.
Also Jullian Michael's 30 day shred is an awesome begginer toning full body workout. You can get the DVD cheap and just about anywhere (KMart, Amazon, Big 5). It is especially nice to do when you don't have a lot of time or it is dark or not good weather. It is the no excuse not to exercise routine solution.0
