can you eat chocolate as long as you stay in your calorie intake allowance. sometimes I really need to eat chocolate. lol

    Yes they do. Just flip the bags over and read the nutritional labels. When I go to the store I am flipping bags, cans and boxes all through the store. I am always looking for the product with fewer calories, less fat, more fiber, less sodium etc….I am sure if someone was fallowing me they would wonder what is wrong with that woman. lol :bigsmile:

    This is a good thing. I dont think I could do without my chocolate.

    Pudding snacks are great cause the're chocolate and there is more to them than a small bite of chocolate bar.

    But when I need just a straight "shot" of chocolate there are also lots of sugar free goodies in the sf section at wal mart.

    I love the milk chocolate dove minis, but have to move the bag away or I would ruin my calorie count for the day.
