Drinks?

I was just curious what kinds of drinks would be a better choice for me to choose from. I'm on the go a lot of the time and I tend to just go to the store and grab something on my way somewhere. Normally, I'd get a soda or energy drink. But I'm trying my best to cut it from my diet to become more healthier. I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions on better drink choices that I could choose from at the store. Any ideas? Thanks.

I am HORRIBLE at drinking enough water. So I started to get crystal light packets to stir into my water. It tastes good, low calorie and helps me stay hydrated.0 -
Water. Water, water, water. If you like the bubbliness of soda, get sparkling water; if you can't drink that stuff straight (it's kind of bitter), get some of the crystal light packs and use them.0

i know this is going to sound obvious....but water........water, water, and more water...
stay away from smoothies and juice, as they are packed so high in calories, (oviously soda and energy drinks, even the "diet" ones as if they are advertised as the healthy option, they are NOT!!!!!)
GREEN TEA, WITH LEMON OR MINT, AND AGAIN I SAY WATER, YOU WILL GET TO THE POINT WHERE YOU LOOK FORWARD TO WATER....
