71 pounds GONE!! with PICS

if these dont turn out i apologize and if someone could please fix it? I started out at 246 pounds (first two pics) and now 71 pounds down im at 174 (last 2 pics)!! i still have a ways to go but im going to do it!!

just make the IMG into img (lower case) and your results are awesome, thanks for sharing!!

it took me 1 year and 1 month to lose the 71 pounds. I use to eat fast food 2x a day and now i eat out 2x a week the biggest thing i did was cut out soda and exercise 4x a week i swim a lot as well and so far my skin is getting back to normal and tighter just with swimming alone!
