Left picture taken on Easter 2012. Right picture taken 2 days ago.

I've noticed the most change in my face and waistline. At first I had to start wearing a belt. Now I'm 3 notches in. I also need to get my rings resized, almost lost one washing my hands this weekend.

I'm a little under halfway to my goal and I'm still going strong. It's pictures like these, yours and mine, that keep me motivated.

    Congratulations! You look good! What's your typical day like? I'm frustrated that I have been working so hard oliver the last few weeks and only lost 12 pounds. Patience I keep telling myself.
