Ugh! Why did I eat that?

I've been doing so good lately ... eating healthy and staying within my calorie range. Tonight my daughter and I went to Panda Express. I ate way too much, and I feel so full and bloated. Ugh!! I can't believe I used to stuff myself with TOO MUCH food like that all the time!

    I had Panda Express last week.
    Ordered the steamed white rice, mixed veggies, and orange chicken.
    When I got home I weighed it all and cut each item exactly in half. Did half for dinner one day, half the next day. Calorie-wise I did okay, did not go over my daily goal, but sodium was thru the roof.
    Overall not too bad.
    Just don't eat the whole thing in one sitting.

    I like to order the kids meal. Ends up being a perfect serving size.

    I did the same thing and the same place exactly two weeks ago....and even though I walked for hours I couldn't make up for it and the breakfast of beignets I had, too. You can see here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/diary/LisaLouisiana?date=2012-07-08

    In the end, I kicked myself in the pants and did better the next day. It's your only viable choice.

    lots and lots of water....flush that sodium out.

    it'll take a couple of days, so don't weigh-in!

    Thanks everyone! Luckily, I did well the rest of today ... and my "official" weigh-in day isn't until Friday.
    Lots of water and back on track until then!
