I break it down unless it's just something so trivial that it's more annoyance to break down than quick-add (example: i have a recipe in my recipes for homemade pizza. i made it yesterday but I used a different kind of cheese than what's in the recipe. turned out to be more calories, so I quick added).
I think it's really helpful to see the breakdown of what you're eating. I keep a tab on my sodium, because i know that more sodium=more water intake. protein and fiber levels help me determine why i was hungry one day, etc.0 -
I am crazy ocd about logging EVERYTHING...even my tea...but thats because losing weight is so flipping difficult for me i find having a very detailed record lets me pin point eating habits or certain foods that are trouble for me.0
