Jumping hurts my knees too. See what I can do!

I've never done this before but I haven't seen any challenges yet today.
I've decided to start one myself.

    150 jumping jacks!

    Post to start.

Repost when done with the number you did. Good luck and God burn!

Awe, I would love to join but jumping hurts my knees I will do as many as I can though :-D

And for those with bad knees/ankles, there is a modified jumping jack that eliminates the jumping with more of a step-touch with the same arm movements. While raising arms, step out to the side with the right foot. then while lowering arms, move left foot in to besides the right foot. Then reverse feet. step out to left with arms up and touch with the right. If your knees don't like sideways pressure, try stepping forward/back ( although I think this one requires a little more concentration to make sure you are stepping forwards/backwards with both feet). Arms up, step forward right foot, arms down, touch left, arms up, step forward left, arms down, touch right, repeat going backwards. On both these you can also incorporate mini squats (instead ofjust soft knees bend them a little deeper). These have both worked for me to re-develop some knee strength.
