    I have plain rice cakes with peanut butter every day. But eating them plain isn't too tasty, just go for the flavored ones if that suffices.

    Fiber One brownies are tastey, 90 cal. Markey Pantry Strawberry Fruit Snacks are real yummy, also 90 cal!

    i need a crunch so...

    i am addicted to wheat thins. i also eat rold gold pretzel rings and quaker cheddar rice cakes.

    lately i have been eating some plums. and a lot of cucumbers b/c they are growing in my garden and i have way too many.

    Sliced apple dipped in greek yogurt :)
    Cheese strings
    Hard boiled eggs
    1pc toast with jam & cottage cheese

    If you need really low-cal... go with celery sticks with salsa.

    I have been eating puffed wheat crisps with taboule, hummus, or PB2. The crisps I have at home at 16 cals, but I saw bigger ones at the grocery store that were 20 cals.

    my new favorite is yogurt covered frozen berries (thank you pinterest!) a handful of blueberries covered with light raspberry yogurt is only 24 calories :)

    I love Quaker sweet chili mini rice cakes with some skinny cow cheese spread on them. Also I've been making fruit smoothies with a little ground up oatmeal. They are yummy! Hits the spot when you want ice cream. They are about 221 calories. Sometimes I use them for breakfast.

    I love crunchy foods, my new favourite is the President's Choice whole wheat melba toasts. They come in a package of 6 for 80 cals. So I get something to munch on and curbs my chip type cravings
