    5 month progress update. 72 lbs lost!

    Hey everyone. I know I posted something earlier this month about my progress pictures, but I wanted to post these ones as well :) It's been 5 months since I started training, working out and eating healthy. I've lost a total of 72 lbs so far, and still have about 100 more to lose! :) Thanks for reading.

      I started at 339. am now at 266

      WOW! you look wonderful and I bet you feel wonderful! I lost about 45 within the last 3 years and then the last 6 months - a year I stopped and also stopped eating healthy gained about 15 pounds back and just have felt miserable!!!! For the last week I'm back at full force! I said I would NEVER gain that weight back and I'm back up and fighting! Keep you the great work you inspire me that I can do it also!
