I'm gettin pretty close to my (2nd) goal, and I am wondering how I switch to a mainenance program? I have looked around on the website and can't seem to find info. Maybe I'm just not looking in the right place? Thanks for any info..........

Go into the MFP Goals section and change your goal to "maintain". That will tell you how many calories you need to maintain your weight.
Congrats on reaching your goal!0 -
Be careful when you switch to maintain, and keep checking your weight. I found that "maintain" was too many calories for me so I went to losing 0.5lbs per week and it has been just about right. I am also on my second goal, but my real focus has been muscel toning and % body fat.
Congrats on getting so close.0 -
thank you for the right place to go to make those changes. When I am ready to switch to Maintenance, I will now know where to go~! Thanks! :flowerforyou:0
