Done in three sets of 50 with walking in between to catch my breath. Those last 15 were hard!0

I did a total of 150 today. At first it was kinda difficult so i did 10, then 20 after a break, then again 10 and 20.
And then I went to zumba, and got my heart rate up. And I decided to do 100 jumping jacks without a break.
I started with my heart rate at 95, and ended at my heart rate at 145. It took me 2 min 15 sec.
According to my heart rate monitor, I burned 14 calories doing 100 JJs.0 -
