    mmmmm I am in lol well try ....also doing 150 jumping jacks from another challenge! Lets ROCK!!! What the heck why not....gonna add in 100 various pushups as well ....feels gooooood!!!

    Im in! (Dont think I can do these ones at work though :P)

    if you can- doing them sitting in your chair is a good workout too.... :) breathe out as you tighten stomach muscles holding for a few seconds....only slightly bending over so its a lot easier on the back and neck as well.

    Did 165 on the AB crunch machine with 20 lbs of weight. Also did 165 of a lot of other things too.
