Almost a month ago, I was halfway through the 30 Day Shred when I hurt my ankle during one of the cardio circuits that requires jumping. It put me off working out for a few days, so I resorted to doing sit ups, reverse and oblique crunches until my injury had time to heal. I've been working out 7 days a week for the past three weeks gradually building up to 350 crunches a day plus everything from Level 1 of 30DS; however, I used heavier weights and worked longer and harder than the girls in the video. I've only started eating super clean for the past 3 days and I've lost a pound yesterday and today.

Here are my measurements:

Waist- 32
Hips- 42
R thigh- 26
L thigh- 25.5

Hips- 38

CW: 160
