    Congrats! I just hit 100 lbs lost in less then a year last week. I know first hand how hard it is to lose that kind of weight. Be proud of yourself, you deserve it.

    thank you so much for your post. i so much needed to hear this right now. i am 20 days into my journey and although i am down 16lbs. it's taking everything in me not to quit and just keep pushing forward. so, thanks again for your post and congrats!
