    39 here and hanging on to my 30's by a thread, LOL :-) lost 23 pounds and about 10 to go...most importantly, I am trying to rearrange my outlook on "dieting" and the past focus on thin...and want to be healthy and happy. Would love to have some additional folks on my friend list :-)

    So here I am after three months and still SO struggling! Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated! I desperatly need help......I just can not seem to get this diet thing right and need to drop some pounds. I do not want to be a size 2 again....just want to NOT be an embarassment to my family. Please help...ANYONE!! Getting depressed more and more which is not helping either!

    Just turned 44. Quit smoking 5 months ago and gained quite a bit. Now just gotta get it off!
