The summer before I went to college I worked out with one of my friends. He was ripped and was more like a personal trainer that I didn't have to pay. When I went to college I still had the motivation to work out and I lost a total of 60 pounds in about 5 months....Then the college life hit. Now I have graduated and I have about 30 pounds to lose but I can't get myself motivated. I am getting married in December and I want to to look good. I know if I could just go to the gym everyday for 2 weeks straight, my 18 year old mind set would be back in effect and the motivation would be there. So please, tell me to get off my lazy a ss and go to the gym!

You have to motivate yourself. It is your life and your health.
What works for me is the rule that I am not allowed to go home after work until I have gone to the gym first.
Good luck0 -

You can absolutely do it! FOCUS-- no one can tell YOU what to do. YOU have to want it bad enough to do it on your own. When you're ready, you'll know!0

GET TO THE GYM OR ELSE. :explode:
Yeah, stranger anger. Muahaha. :laugh:0 -
GET YOUR LAZY BUTT IN THE GYM! ;-)
But no really, sometimes you have to trick yourself into going to the gym. Get your clothes ready the night before and put them in your car if you have to. Don't give yourself any reason to procrastinate. Just get up and do it :-)0 -
go to the gym. just be sure you do more than just sit on a bench and play angry birds.0

The sooner you get off your *kitten* and do it the sooner you can stop feeling guilty for not doing it!0 -

Go take off your shirt and look in the mirror.
Srs.
Do you like what you see?
If not, get to work. Now.0 -
GO!
Can you find another gym buddy? I have found that pairing up increases the guilt factor if I try to whimp out.
You can do it!0 -
Go go go go go go go!0

GO TO THE GYM.
What if you asked your fiancee to ask if you've gone to the gym yet every day?
Seriously though, like others have said you have to do it for you. You also said yourself once you get there a few times, it'll all come back to you. What better time than the present! Put a reminder in your phone0
