what can I put in my yogurt?

Most days, my mid-morning snack is 1/2c plain yogurt with 1/2-1c berries (raspberries or strawberries) and 1/2c granola. I'd like to cut out the granola, but I really don't like the texture of yogurt without it. Any suggestions for something else I can put in the yogurt?

have you tried refrigerator oats?
the recipe I use is 1/3 cup of old fashion rolled oats 1/3 cup milk and 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt( I use fage brand)
combine together and place in fridge for 8 hours add any fruit or nut butter or spices, sweetener you like. right now I have been adding cinnamon and brown sugar to the mix and eating with blueberries too. it is yummy.0 -
grilled chicken ;D0

Maybe a tablespoon of flax seed along with the berries?
ETA: The flax seed might give you just enough texture. I like putting half a cup of Kashi Go Lean Crunch! in mine when I eat yogurt, but I'm guessing that since you want to cut out the granola, you wouldn't want to add in cereal.0 -
sliced almonds, chopped pecans or walnuts, chia seeds0

Flax seed, Chia Seed or Hemp seed are all very healthy seeds, great source of omg-3 and easy to add to yogurt, oatmeal cereal or shakes.0

slivered almonds! more surface area. i switched from granola to museli - fewer calories, similar flavor.0

Chocolate protein powder ... and freeze it in a Popsicle mold0

I second the kashi comment - Kashi has a granola-ish texture, and it's full of protein and fiber.0

It depends on what type of yogurt and whether you want it to be dessert-y or meal-like. I sometimes top my sweet potato with it and add some cinnamon and sugar.
Here's some combos I use:
carob chips and walnuts
apples, cinnamon
apples, cinnamon, walnuts
granola and fresh sliced peaches
banana
coconut butter or flakes and pineapple
berries
top with honey0 -

More fruit, I like 4oz yogurt, 1/2 cup fresh blueberries. Yogurt is more like a sauce for the berries.0

I put wheat bran or oat bran in my greek yogurt with cinnomon a little water to thin it out along with stevia I eat this for breakfast I also put unsweetened cocoa powder in mine with stevia for a pudding as a snack Another one to add to your yogurt is Crystal light or Hansen's Natural I eat the plain greek non fat yogurt The punch flavor is good so is the lemonade Here's one to try (1/3 cup water,1/2 Tbsp cocoa, 1 cup nonfat greek yogurt, instant coffee and 17 ice cubes-blend)0
