Getting my let back into shape.

Hi everyone,

Yesterday while playing basketball I sprained my ankle. Can anyone tell me what can I do to get back on the road fast. I have a half marathon lined up for me next weekend and a sports exam. Pleae please help!!! :sad:

    True that. Especially the rest. Get back on it too soon and you'll re-injure. I'm assuming doc gave you an air cast. Make sure you use it.

    Thanks guys. I RICEd it and I managed to run my half marathon and now I am training for the Marathon. :happy:
