Normally my head hits the pillow and I am out like a light
Since I been going to the gym (10 days) its taking me forever to drop off
Is this normal?

Everyone is different. I actually sleep better on nights that I workout.
I also eat dinner late (around 8:30pm)0 -
What time are you going to the gym? I find that if I go in the evenings... I can not sleep well. I need at least 4 hours between working out and sleep time. Sucks because my only option lately has been 4am... but, I sleep no problem now0
