Fitness goals: 10 tricep "pushup parties" on feet, workout 5 days a week(at least), run at least twice a week and be able to run a 10k

Im inmy guess is right now im close to 270. I need to buy a scale to know for sure. Im the heaviest ive ever been nothing fits right. Ten weeks id like to be 15 to 20 lbs lighter while working on being healthier as in eating better and starting to exercise.0
