Just bought a bag of baby spinach to throw in my protein shakes. Throw some good recipies at me! I try and keep them below 300, and absolutely below 350. I like pretty much everything! As of right now I only have chocolate peanut butter protein powder, but I'm willing to try a new flavor.

    Green Monster Spinach Smoothie

    1 frozen sliced banana
    1 Tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 cup 0% Vanilla Chobani Greek yogurt
1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze (or other kind of milk)
4 cups baby spinach (or more, or less)

350 calories, 10g fiber, 21g protein (you could easily get it under 300, leave out a tbsp of yogurt, and use 3/4 banana)

Or for a REALLY low calorie version

    Berry Spinach Smoothie

    2 cups spinach leaves
3/4 cup water or milk (unsweetened almond milk, rice, soy, low fat cow’s milk, etc)
1/2 cup frozen berries (I used frozen raspberries but any type will work)
    1 small banana

    140 calories, 0 g fat, 35 g total carbohydrates, 6 g fiber, 3 g protein

Thanks! That one with the peanut butter and the yogurt looks good. I need vanilla protein, I wanna do spinach, blackberries, vanilla protein and bluberries. I think it sounds so yummy! Oh, and pineapple. Gotta throw some pineapple in there. I wish those things were not so darn hard to cut up!

Maybe they mean their protein powder is pineapple flavoured?
