Hi all
Are there any seasoned green tea drinkers out there? Can anyone recommend a quality tea? Have been reading about the benefits and would like to try and cut down on regular tea and coffee. Thanks. Linda.

I cut caffeine out of my diet back in March. Unfortunately I don't like Green Tea as a drink, but I do enjoy the caffeine free herbal and fruit teas, and also take a Green Tea supplement I buy from Holland and Barret.0

I really like bigelow's green tea with mint! It's refreshing and delicious. There are some other flavored ones I like, but some are nasty. And drinking just plain green tea is also delicious as well.0
