Flabby arms?

100 Overhead extensions would help!

Week 2/3 beat last week's # by at least 10!

Break them up if need be :) Throught the day is ok!

Get creative for weight (Milk jug? Book? Hmm.....).

Post once to commit to challenge and again (before midnight) when completed!


Are you ready to get rid of that flab? I am :mad: let's do this!
