In my 20's and 30's I could drop weight with no problem but now in my young 40's with menopoause and all it is a ROYAL PAIN> I have gone off course from 200 to 190.5 in 14 days... but now it seems like I have plateaued0 -

I started my weight loss journey back in 2010... it's been a long road. I started with weight watchers and lost about 50lbs there and then when they changed the program I stayed the same and gained some back. I started MFP about 2 and a half months ago and have been doing great! Support is the key and MFP is perfect for that.
