Although I can appreciate the many delicious foods people are listing here, many are not practical in a surivival situation, which is what you'll be in if you are stranded on a desert island. So, in order to survive more than a couple of weeks and prevent dying of malnutrition, my choices are: Tuna, canola oil and rice. A human being can survive quite awhile on those three staples.0
