I was just wonder if people log their zero calorie drinks or not, I wasn't for awhile but have now started to simply to see in black and white how much soda and energy drinks I am consuming.

If I'm drinking something like a zero calorie sparkling water - no. If it's coffee, tea... anything that's not completely water based, yes.0
-
I don't if it's diet.0

I probably should log what I drink. But I only drink either black decaf coffee or water. In restaurants I'll have either water or club soda.0

I do just to see how much fluid I'm getting in.0

I pretty much log it all, whether it has calories or not. Mostly because of the sodium that's in a lot of it.0

I don't log my drinks if they are zero calorie (Diet Pepsi and Diet Green Tea). I know I should because I drink A LOT of pop. I've been trying to cut back though. :ohwell:0

I don't log water, diet soda, tea or coffee (black). At this point I'm mostly worried about calorie counts and since these don't add any, its too much to worry about since I'm almost constantly drinking something. I figure the (at least) gallon of water I drink flushes out the couple other drinks I have.
Though, I log anything that has calories, mostly alcohol.0 -
I do... it's either water or a coke zero...
Anything with calories of course needs to be logged for obvious reasons.0 -
I do. So many little things had hidden calories, and then can add it.0

Yeah. I always do. Even if it's zero cals. Sometimes there is carbs and stuff. When I was sick, I logged my cough drops too lol. Many Many Carbs and sugar! hahah0
-
No, I don't unless they contain calories. I don't log coffee either but it's practically nothing and I do not add any calories to mine.0
-
I log everything!!0

I generally only drink tea, coffee and water so with these no, but I do if it's a more calorific drink like juice or alcohol.0

I log every little thing0

I don't log my aquifina flavoured water. I havn't had any diet pop yet since starting MFP but I would. It definitely helps paint the whole picture of diet and health after all calories arent the only things to worry about, all the chemicals in processed drinks need to be a point of worry as well.0
-
yep, especially if it's a 0 calorie flavored drink, lots of salt and stuff in them.0

The only thing I drink besides water is soy or almond milk or diet sodas. I always log the milks, but if the soda has no sodium I won't log it.0
