    I started back in 2010 doing weight watchers and lost 50lbs, then when they changed the WW program to points plus it didn't work for me and I gained 15 back. I've been on MFP for almost 3 months and it's been great!! The support here is wonderful and you guys give me the push I need to keep it up!

    I work out about 2-3 times a week. I'm 5'8" with a bigger build and 27 years old.

    I'm glad I look younger now :happy:

    Thank you again everyone! You've all got it in you, and we can do it together! :drinker:
