    the first 25 i did as suggested but I just wasnt getting the burn...might be my line up not sure but the rest I did with one hand resting on knee abs tight and switched off with 10lb wt for 10 min count

    used my gallon of water, but then drank some and thought it was too light, so switched to a 10 pound weight.

    100 completed!! This is my first week participating in these challenges, and it feels great to accomplish these daily goals!
    I used 7.5lb weights in each hand, and definitely felt the burn!!
