the first 25 i did as suggested but I just wasnt getting the burn...might be my line up not sure but the rest I did with one hand resting on knee abs tight and switched off with 10lb wt for 10 min count0 -

100 completed!! This is my first week participating in these challenges, and it feels great to accomplish these daily goals!
I used 7.5lb weights in each hand, and definitely felt the burn!!0 -
