    100 completed!! This is my first week participating in these challenges, and it feels great to accomplish these daily goals!
    I used 7.5lb weights in each hand, and definitely felt the burn!!

    Hi, just making contact. Have you been trying to lose weight for very long? What's your food plan? Exercise?

    I like to exercise.....I ride a road bike some days, walk some days, and I teach a water aerobics class two times a week. It's a lot of fun.
    Food is another story. Bingeing on chocolate or caramel has packed on about 50 lbs. I have more rolls of flab than ever! And I hate it! So I'm making a concerted effort again, and MFP has been helping me stay motivated.
    I'm also a member of TOPS Club, Inc. which helps as a support group and as accountability, as we weigh in once a week.
    Anyway, write back if you want to stay in touch about this journey.

    completed; 225 with 10 lb weights. Oh I'm gonna love my arms again. No extra push ups tonight, ouch.
