Hi guys and gals,
I am need of support to help me with my goals for next year. I am a used to be athlete that let himself go. I would love to get back into shape, kind of like i was back 18 years ago. This can be done. i know it can since I have proved it to myslef more than 10 years ago. Just need some help in the motivational corner.
