When you add food to your diary, what are the ones that show up at the top of your "Most Used" category?
Mine are as follows;
General Mills - Fiber One Chewy Bars - Oats and Chocolate
Meijer(M) - 2% Milk
Kellogg's - Raisin Bran
Fiber One - 90 Calorie Brownies Chocolate Peanut Butter Qty:
Rice Cakes - Caramel Corn
Weight Watchers Smart Ones - Chicken Fettucini
General Mills 100 Cal - Cheerios
I would hate to see what my 7 most-eaten foods were before I started this.

Orowheat - Whole Grain & Oatnut Bread
Kroger Cow Pals Light - Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese Stick

The cilantro is pretty random, but I love it in all sorts of things. I take my multivitamin every day and drink a lot of tea. I also try to add chia seeds to at least one meal a day. The bread is delicious but a little high in calories, I use it for toast almost exclusively.0 -
