    Let's see... Mine are:

    Bananas
    Wonder smart wheat bread
    Strawberries
    Lettuce
    Hershey's dark chocolate bars
    Oranges
    Spinach

That's not too bad. I wish there were more veggies in the top 7 but that'll do. I understand because I eat a lot of salads with my meals with a cup of spinach and a cup of iceberg. I eat bananas and strawberries at least once a day, same with the chocolate.

After those is natural almonds, peanut butter, and avocados. Perhaps I should up my veg intake some more lol It feels like I'm constantly chopping veg. I guess I need to cut up a little more.

My 7 most eaten foods right now are:

    - Roasted florina peppers
    - Reduce fat feta cheese
    - Spring Mix lettuces
    - Hard boiled eggs
    - Yellow Squash
    - Zucchini
    - Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast

Honestly...I rarely ate feta until this year. I didn't even know what a florina pepper was and I had never eaten yellow squash or zucchini in my entire life until last year. I have always loved chicken and hard boiled eggs and have always eaten a lot of spring mix. Just to be honest...I had also never actually seen a parsnip until late last year, so I'd say I've made great strides. I also eat a ton of asparagus, raspberries, strawberries and grapes now. My diet is becoming significantly less processed and more wholesome. I eat less bread and waaaay more tomatoes. I eat live herbs (like basil) and even grow some of my own food. It's crazy.

Before MFP...I can tell you pretty much what my diet consisted of...

    - Progresso Chicken Pot Pie Soup
    - Spaghettio's
    - Vienna Sausages
    - Mexican imported coke
    - Spaghetti with meat sauce
    - Wendy's Spicy Chicken Sandwich
    - Mashed potatoes
    - Bread and LOTS of it.

And no peeps, I'm not kidding. That's just how I used to eat.
