So the first week of May I set out for the doctors had a physical. All things are great except he says, "You're fat, lose weight and you'll be in perfect health." Knowing this all ready and setting out after a physcially demanding job I'm after I check out what methods will help me the most.

I get checked out by the company I'm trying for and told I need to be at the most 24% body. I was around 34%. Having a deadline set by myself for the end of Oct. to reach this goal. I decided to do a mix of heavy strength training and intense cardio in my free time.

Here it is July 26th. I just taped myself and punched them into the calulator and well I am now 23% body fat! Not at the 'HAWT' line yet, but holy crap! 11% down so far!

I'm not much of a story teller, but I wanted to share a little about myself. Now having reached this mark, my goal has been reset, and I am marching on.

Weight means nothing to me, I am looking at the body fat % line only.

I hope the rest of you can find it within yourselves to be as dedicate, motivated, highspeed, and hardcore as I've been these last several weeks. I have made a complete life style change as to what I'm eating. I am not dieting. I have changed my life to be a healthier me for my family, for my future. Good luck, and God speed.

Never give up on yourself. If you cannot support yourself through the challenges set before you, how can you expect anyone else to? Thank you all for the kind words. Feel free to friend if you wish!

The short version: He has 11% less fat on his body than he did in May, which means he has superceded his goal of a 10% reduction. Now, he is looking to reduce it even more.
