Water aerobics

Why are all water aerobic classes 45 mins long and not an hour? Just curious :happy:

Ours are an hour too, both the deep water and regular ones.0

I've been doing Hydro Riding (basically spin class in the pool) and It is only 40 minutes... Makes no sense to me!0

the one at my local rec center is 55 mins.0

The two I go to are timetabled for an hour timeslot but by the time the kids from the session before have got out it ends up as more like 55 mins - sometimes 50.0
