    That sounds great, can't wait to try it although I don't know if I can find that particular brand of seasoning...will look for a cajun seasoning that is hopefully not too high in sodium.

    I made this tonight, although I used parmesan instead of mozarella as per a recipe I found online, and it was OUTSTANDING.
