Any one have any good Kettlebells DVD suggestions? I just recently purchased some Kettlebells but would like a DVD rather than a book to get a routine with. Thanks

I have been using KettleWorx for over a year, maybe two by now. I really like it. There is plenty of routines to do that I don't get bored. I started out with a 5 lb. and have worked my way up to a 10 lb. Hope this helps!0

Kettlebell Goddess from dragondoor.com
Programming the Kettlebell Swing by Tracy Reifkind
Tracy is a real woman who got herself real results and now teaches others. Google her and read her story....very inspiring. Not just another camera friendly face who claims to be a kettlebell know-it-all.....she is for real.0
