http://www.canyoustayfordinner.com/2010/11/04/petite-lasagnas/ We really enjoyed it! Though hubby things ground turkey is too bland LOL I made it with healthy choice italianstyle vegetables sauce, it was yummy!! and I put the recipe in here, and worked out to 105 cals per serving...

    Yum it does look good, and I like the calories you got over what the link had. Got wrappers I need to defrost and turkeys on the shopping list (or ground chicken, or very lean gr beef if I can find/afford it) ...turkey is so bland, lol.

    Thanks for sharing, looks like something that can be prepared easily and quickly. Wouldn't take long to throw these together if you pre-prepare the meat sauce a day or two in advance.

    Speaking of ground turkey...my son noticed that when I made tacos the other night...the ground turkey was actually higher in cals than the extra lean ground beef!!!! :noway: I had taken for granted that it would be a good choice. I'll not do that again.

    I can't eat the wanton wrappers though. I have a corn sensativity and they are dusted with corn starcth... anyone know of a substitute I could use?
