Started my weight loss at 217.6 pounds just over a year ago now through WW. Once I hit a snag where I wasn't losing, I got frustrated and actually started to gain back some weight. So, I decided to try MFP & it's been working amazingly! I've lost about 20 pounds using MFP. The picture on the top is me at my highest weight... the one on the bottom was taken today with a scale reading of 166.6! I'd still like to lose another 20 pounds, but needed some motivation. I've never taken an "after" picture and sometimes still felt like I look the way I used to look. It's nice to have that comparison to see how much progress I've made and how much better I look and FEEL!
