Does anyone know how to count the calories of the foods you make at home?
I made red beans in the crockpot and don't know how to count them.
I had 2 cups of the beans with 1/3 cup of brown rice.
Any help would be greatly appreciated for furture cooking!

Use the recipe builder under the food tab.
Add the entire bag of beans and the entire portion of brown rice for the entire dish. Then split it into servings. It should give you the calories for each serving.0 -
Thank you! This helps a ton!!0
