Ready for surgery
Hi All, happy Monday here from The Netherlands. I have kicked off MFP 3 weeks ago in order to be prepared for my hip replacement surgery this week. I have a better understanding of how I cam manage my macro's. Important when I go from 5 times a week to no Gym practice the coming weeks. Cheers Benjo

Beach ball belly
